Nitzberg Coaching offers one-on-one coaching services, both in person and over the phone, to empower leaders and public speakers to get from where they are to where they want to be. We also offer consulting along the lines of our core competencies.

The coaching relationship begins by assessing the client’s goals and creating a strategy that allows us to provide the greatest positive impact. The client may be a human resources training department, a senior leader with training and development responsibilities, or an individual seeking coaching for themselves. After an initial assessment, a program is established. Typically, coaching sessions last 30 – 50 minutes and take place every 1-2 weeks, though other arrangements can also be made. The duration of each coaching engagement is unique, but may last anywhere from a 2-3 sessions up to a year or more depending upon the client’s goals.

If the focus is on public speaking skills, coaching can be highly effective both in person and via telephone. Presentation coaching via telephone is enhanced by the use of video conference technology, video and audio recordings, and web interfaces that facilitate viewing of slides or other visual media. This makes our services available to clients who are geographically distant from us.
