Nitzberg Coaching is a boutique coaching firm, based in San Mateo, California. We empower individuals to become stronger leaders, and more effective public speakers. Eric Nitzberg has over 20 years experience as a public speaker, leader, executive, and coach. He also has a background in Mandarin Chinese.

Eric began his public speaking career as a member of an award-winning debate team, and winner of a regional humorous speech contest. He further developed his approach while serving nearly 15 years as a minister, leader and business executive in a Bay Area church with a membership of over 400. During this time he taught classes and gave numerous presentations to sizeable Sunday morning audiences. As a business executive his responsibilities included supervising and coaching managers, directors and key leaders; strategic planning, leadership development, finance, HR and operations.
